Deep404 is an in-development entertainment platform provided by Conesworth Limited ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or that disrupts the experience of other players. You may not exploit bugs or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage.
You are solely responsible for any text, images, designs, ideas, feedback, or other materials you create, upload, or post within the Service ("Content").
By creating or uploading Content, you grant Conesworth Limited a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sub-licensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and process the Content you provide through the Service for any purpose, including commercial and promotional use, without any credit or compensation to you.
We are a passive platform for the distribution of UGC. We do not monitor or pre-screen Content and are not responsible for it. We have no obligation to monitor user interactions or Content, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with them. However, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any Content or terminate accounts that we consider to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise objectionable, without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We provide the platform, but we are not responsible for what people do or say on it. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Service. You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of other users on the platform.
In no event shall Conesworth Limited, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount of zero United States dollars ($0.00).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Conesworth Limited and its employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of and access to the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
